In response to Dale Gerboth’s letter published June 3: Good question, Mr. Gerboth, why indeed would a Sportsman’s Warehouse Father’s Day Sale flyer, included with the Anchorage Daily News also on June 3, brazenly promote the sale of such rifles as have been recently used in mass shootings of children? What will it take to inspire boycotts of vendors who market these instruments in such an insensitive way? I’m afraid I don’t want to know the answer.
