Letter: 4th Avenue nightmare

On Jan. 16, I dreamed I had walked to downtown Anchorage, as we did when we were kids. Every building and street was being demolished. Everything was torn apart, as though being bombed. It looked exactly as the 4th Avenue Theatre does now, just like a bad dream. How prophetic!

Imagine how our beloved city will be during the time the rest of the structures on that block come down. Our childhoods go with it. How sad!
