You know how Alaska’s conservative legislators love to proclaim that they are not going to give school districts any more money until the schools start performing better on standardized tests? Well now that the University of Alaska Anchorage economic study has come out, it shows Alaska’s economic report card to be the worst of all 50 states for the past seven years.
Hmm, I wonder if those same politicians are going to force themselves to take a pay reduction until they can get their “grades” up?
