Please turn on your car lights when it is dark and snowing. It is often hard to see a dark car when one is making a turn until it might be too late.
Also, please, pet walkers, during these dark days, could you please put either a highlight strip or light clothing on when walking your dogs in the middle of the side streets on curved roads where drivers might not see you and you can’t hear them, since you have earbuds on?
