Please let me express my appreciation for our municipal plow drivers! The huge snowstorm of last week presented — and still presents! — a huge challenge for them. They are working very hard with low staff and some equipment problems. Yet there they are, working to clear our streets.
Yesterday, a grader made it to my neighborhood. It took him several passes up and down the street to get it all moved because of the sheer amount of snow. He did a fantastic job.
I just want the drivers to know that at least some of us appreciate their efforts.
