Well, I tried submitting an email to Gov. Mike Dunleavy, but if you attempt to do that, you can’t get there from here. So, I am trying this route. As of Wednesday, three weeks after the initial major snow dump here in Anchorage, can someone explain why West Northern Lights Boulevard, a major artery in my book, is effectively only one lane in each direction at this point?
