I want to commend the Anchorage Police Department for its professionalism and its officers’ consideration of my welfare while responding to a recent homicide in my neighborhood.
I especially appreciate the compassion shown by Officer Kyle Hemmesch, Lt. Amanda Fisher and Detective Jeffrey Elbie. In addition, the suspect was treated humanely.
