Letter: Collateral damage

Independence Park homeowners are understandably upset about the 92nd Avenue interchange, because of traffic changes since the project was planned. Citizens must remember the Department of Transportation’s mission is to move goods and services. Destroying neighborhoods and the Municipality of Anchorage tax base is collateral damage.
