I appreciate Wadeen Hepworth’s letter in Monday’s ADN. It eloquently stated the issue of having homeless people on Third Avenue. It was not just another NIMBY letter.
Hepworth showed there was a much better use for that property than a homeless camp and all the chaos that goes with it.
Housing is the only logical answer.
