My wife and I were enjoying a beautiful day on July 30 at the mouth of the Kasilof River. People were hauling in fish and rejoicing in Alaska’s bounty; young families were having lunch while lounging on beach blankets on the sandy beach — there was even one adventurous young man swimming in the chilly waters. Positivity ruled the day!
As we enjoyed this scene, a riverboat drifted by coming downriver; nets were pulled and the boat swung around for another upriver run. In doing so, a large flag unfurled reading “F--- Joe Biden!” Again, let me state, young families abounded. How rude, uncivilized, uncouth, and distasteful could one be? Clean it up, people.
