I can’t help but wonder what is going on at the McCarrey’s home next to the Fish Creek estuary and why they might need the extra privacy afforded by a 95-year Alaska Railroad land lease. Never mind that it would preclude the long-term plan connecting the Fish Creek Trail system with the Coastal Trail.
In the interest of civic improvement, can we just establish a ‘privacy’ curtain fund for the family as a win-win solution?
