Letter: Strong work on Chasinghorse profile

It was with pleasure that I read Marc Lester’s interview with Quannah Chasinghorse from the AFN Elders and Youth Conference. I have followed Lester’s emergence from an excellent photographer to a more-than-competent reporter. It requires skill to interview someone and to accurately transcribe spoken remarks so that they come out readable on the page. Lester does a good job of both, along with his always excellent photos.

In the name of full disclosure, let me say that I am not a relative or friend; I am simply an interested reader, commenting with joy on how Lester’s work has grown and improved over the years. The ADN is fortunate to have him.
