Recently I read a letter to the editor by a nice lady whose name I have forgotten. It was in regard to plowing our local streets.
Mind you, I moved here in 1963, so I have experienced many Alaska winters. Her thought was that our mayor was doing a good job, and we should stop complaining. Her letter ended with “This is Alaska, deal with it!”
Yes, this is indeed Alaska. Therefore we should be able to deal with “it!”
