Letter: Felon for president?

Innocent until proven guilty, yes. But consider this: What employer would knowingly hire a person for any job who has numerous unresolved criminal indictments and a multitude of counts against them? Former president Donald Trump has four criminal indictments pending against him — two on state charges and two on federal charges, with a total of 91 felony charges. And yet MAGA Republicans and the GOP are poised to nominate and perhaps elect him as the next president of the United States. How grand is that for the Grand Old Party?
