I don’t know if anyone has been watching the local Assembly melting down over certain board appointments — the Public Safety Commission, Library Board Commission, and Parks and Recreation Commission. The members seemed to have already have made up their minds as to who they want on these boards.
If Mayor Dave Bronson appoints someone, it’s an immediate “no” vote. However, a certain member can give a tearful monologue to why a certain community member should be qualified. It’s time people understand the facts. Chris Constant and Meg Zaletel run the show, and Anna Brawley and Daniel Volland are mere puppets to their plan. Wake up, Anchorage — let’s return what Felix Rivera and Suzanne La-France trashed back to a thriving community.
