Costco acquired the Toys R Us and defunct Sam’s Club stores and converted them to Costcos. Here’s an idea: How about one in the fastest-growing part of the state, the Mat-Su? Heck, there’s even a forlorn, lonely, abandoned Sears building, looking for a relationship.
