I am wondering why there is a disconnect between poor schools and poor housing opportunities in Alaska and lack of working-age people in our state. Young workers need a place to live and education for their kids, and we provide neither. Is it really hard to understand our lack of workers to fill our jobs? Come on, Legislature! Come on, Gov. Mike Dunleavy. Step up to the plate to solve our issues.
