Letter: Kudos for Arctic Winter Games

We attended several days of the Arctic Winter Games this past week, hosted by Alaska for the first time since it was in Fairbanks in 2014. It was such a boost to see the collaborative competition among these young athletes from across the north. They cheered, hugged and encouraged each other regardless of which region was competing.

Those future leaders are learning terrific people skills for dealing with the complex world of the future. Thank you to Mat-Su for hosting such a community-building event.
