Where are Sarah Palin's medical records?

In an interview on October 22, Sarah Palin told NBC's Brian Williams that she would be "fine" releasing her medical records. Here's how she put it:

"The medical records. So be it.If that will allow some curiosity seekers, perhaps, to have one more thing that they can either check the box off that they can find something to criticize, perhaps, or find something to rest them assured over. Fine. I'm healthy, I'm happy, had five kids. That is going to be in the medical records.Never been seriously ill or hurt. You will see that in the medical records if they're released."

Last Sunday, Palin spokeswoman Tracey Schmitt told ABC News that Palin's staff planned to release information regarding her medical history "early in the week."

But it didn't, and her campaign isn't talking about them. CNN reports that the campaign "stonewalls" on requests for them. ABC has asked repeatedly for them and has not gotten a reply. Yesterday, the Alaskadispatch asked a local spokesman about the holdup. No word yet. Erika Bolstad, the Anchorage Daily News' D.C. correspondent, apparently didn't ask about them in her "brief interview" with Palin, nor about much else except her sex appeal.

Obama, Biden and McCain have all released at least some information about their medical histories. Palin would seem to be the healthiest of the bunch. What could possibly be the holdup?
