It’s On Us: UAF athletes speak out against sexual assault

Across the country this week, students at college campuses are participating in the It's On Us campaign to end sexual assault, a campaign that urges students to get involved when they see or hear about an assault.

At the University of Alaska Fairbanks on Tuesday, athletes from the school showed their support of the campaign by taking the It's On Us pledge to "create a culture of consent, bystander intervention and survivor support."

The UAF campaign was spearheaded by Sarissa Lammers of Eagle River, a skier and runner for the Nanooks. Here are photos Lammers took Tuesday of UAF athletes engaged in the campaign.
