Chugiak parlayed a nine-run third inning into an 11-0 victory over Dimond in a girls high school softball game Monday night at Albrecht Fields.
The Mustangs sent 13 batters to the plate in the third inning. Their bounty included Nicole Pinckney's two-run double, Emmie Jennings' RBI double, Maddy Kaltchnee's two-run double and Tori Hooper's RBI single.
Jennings also delivered an RBI double in the first inning.

Daisy Page pitched a complete-game, three-hitter Monday, striking out five, to lead East to an 8-3 softball victory over South at Albrecht Fields.
Taria Page sparked the Thunderbirds with a three-run double in the fourth inning.
