Troopers arrest 3 in Wasilla prostitution case

A suspicious-vehicle call early Wednesday in Wasilla led to the arrest of a man, a woman and her pimp in a prostitution case, according to Alaska State Troopers.

Troopers were called to investigate a vehicle on Valley View Drive just before 2 a.m., according to a department dispatch. They subsequently learned that its driver, 28-year-old Robert Hart of Palmer, had "exchanged money for sexual conduct at a nearby residence."

"Further investigation revealed a female at the residence, identified as 37-year-old Sherry Lindsey of Wasilla, had participated in sexual conduct with Hart in exchange for money," troopers wrote. "Continuing investigation revealed a male at the residence, identified as 38-year-old Dale Breusch of Wasilla, had procured Hart for the transaction, and had retained all of the money obtained."

Hart and Lindsey were arrested on one count each of prostitution and held on $500 bail. Breusch was arrested on one count of second-degree sex trafficking, with his bail set at $2,500.
