A Taiwanese woman who gave birth on a flight to the U.S. in what might have been an attempt to give her baby American citizenship could face a hefty bill for forcing the pilot to divert the plane to Anchorage.

“You know our slogan, 'It’s more fun in the Philippines?' Well it’s also more fun to retire in the Philippines,” said a government spokesman.
