3 more Anchorage pot shops approved by Assembly

Three Anchorage pot shops got clearance from the city Assembly on Tuesday night to open their doors.

House of Green, owned by Michael Dillard and Steven Voth, is preparing to open at 3105 Minnesota Drive in Spenard. The business will operate a retail store as well as a commercial grow operation.

AK Fuzzy Budz, owned by James and Troy Millhouse, is set to open at 2612 Eagle St. in Midtown as a retail store. A commercial grow operation is already located there.

The Frost Farms, owned by Beth Brewington and Evan Schlosberg, is to be located at 8535 Dimond D Circle in the Taku-Campbell area. The business will operate a retail store as well as a commercial grow operation.

Anchorage's first pot shop opened in December. Eleven businesses have Assembly approval but only three are open.
