Police arrested a 21-year-old landscaper and gun enthusiast Friday for a string of seemingly random freeway shootings in Phoenix, adding that they had linked the man's gun to four of the 11 cars hit.

Firefighter Jeff McClelland uncovered a body on the moon-like surface that blankets what used to be the community of Oso. Suddenly, he realized the dead man's son and brother were among the volunteers scouring the debris field.

He's eluded authorities for years, an armed mountain man who roams the wilderness of southern Utah, breaking into cabins in winter, living in luxury off hot food, alcohol and coffee before stealing provisions and vanishing into the woods.
