I am sure that Peach Investments got all of the permits for road closures and demolition of the block that the 4th Avenue Theatre was located. But did they get a permit to trash the pedestrian sidewalk on Fourth Avenue? I hope my tax dollars won’t have to pay for repairing it.
At a minimum, Peach Investments could allocate a few man hours and clean up the dirt and gravel covering the sidewalk to minimize the eyesore that they have created.
