PHOTOS: Iditarod front-runners arrive in Nome

NOME — Pete Kaiser, who honed his skills mushing dogs on the trails around his hometown of Bethel, claimed victory in the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race early Wednesday. Joar Leifseth Ulsom of Norway followed about 12 minutes later, and Jessie Royer finished hours later in third.
