I am against making cuts to individuals who receive funding for Behavioral Health; it is an important service for those legitimately in need.
We have made great progress over the years, learning and becoming more knowledgeable of those with disabilities and should not take a step backwards.
Take a look at making cut-backs starting at the top; operating costs and salaries of those who run the programs, not those who really need help.
They deserve it and with the assistance, will contribute to society in a productive way.
