As I understand it, there is a fortune to be had under my property here in Alaska. I sounded out some folks that drill and they reported set-up and drilling expense would be great, but they were willing to fund the venture if I would give them 35 percent of the profit IF there was any profit to be had.
Outrageous! It is my treasure. Guess I will just have to sit on it rather than give up over a third of it if there is anything there. They are rich. You think they would do it for free, or at least on a break-even basis.
