The Wilson Agency Employee To Compete in Miss USA Competition
Melissa McKinney, Marketing Coordinator, The Wilson Agency, LLC will compete at the Miss USA pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada on June16. Contestants from all 50 states and the District of Columbia are represented and will be judged in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interview. Additionally, one contestant will earn a spot in the semifinals through popular vote. Fans with a valid email address can vote for Melissa at www.missusa.com up to 10 votes per day per email account.
Melissa is thrilled to represent Alaska and issues important to our state. In her work with The Wilson Agency she has come to understand better the challenges of health care for businesses and employees alike. "In preparing for this competition, I've worked hard to become a healthier person. I would love to see more people taking charge of their health as a step toward reducing the costs of health insurance," said Melissa when asked about how her position has helped her.
