Johnson joins Mountain-Pacific Quality Health

Elizabeth Johnson, RN has joined Mountain-Pacific Quality Health as quality improvement specialist and will be leading efforts to reduce health-care acquired conditions in nursing homes across the state of Alaska. Johnson has worked as a registered nurse at North Star Hospital since 2011.

Elizabeth brings a wealth of consultant and quality improvement experience with her. She previously worked at Providence Alaska Medical Center as a Quality Improvement Specialist where she was responsible for training the staff and departments on quality improvement methods and tools used within the facility. Prior, she spent 5 years as the Quality Improvement Coordinator at Norton Sound Health Corporation.

Elizabeth Johnson received her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She was the founder and president of the Alaska Healthcare Quality Consortium.
