The Easter Train

This family-friendly event boasts treats, a magic show and a visit from the Easter Bunny. Enjoy the sights as the train takes you from the Anchorage Depot to Indian and back. Free for lap infants, $35 for seated infants and kids, $69 for adults. There will be two train rides: 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.-5:30 p.m. Saturday, Anchorage Depot, 411 W. Easter at Arctic Valley

Easter in Girdwood

There will be an Easter Sunday sunrise service from 7:30-8:30 a.m. at the Upper Tram Terminal, with complimentary tram uploads from 6:30-7:30 a.m. An Easter egg hunt for kids will be at 9:45 a.m. in the hotel pond courtyard. There will also be an interactive, on-mountain Easter egg hunt involving clues, a riddle and a prize; see alyeskaresort.com for details. Easter Egg Hunt at The Learning Farm

There will be a friendly egg hunt, egg baskets filled to the brim with fun items, and exciting opportunities for little ones to pet and feed the farm animals at the Learning Farm. Free Easter Skate Day
