Letter: Help the homeless

The homeless residents of our city are being tossed around like dirty rags because our Assembly and mayor act like children. When one side wants something, the other side says no, and vice versa.

Enough! The people of Anchorage are tired of the bickering. Municipal leaders, put your heads together and work on a solution to help our vulnerable homeless people now. You have had several years to figure this out, and all you do is blame each other for it not getting done. There has already been money put into the facility started on the east side of Anchorage. Stop wasting our money and move forward before the snow flies again and more people die.
