With over 90 years of combined experience in youth arts education, TBA’s staff are the leaders in performing arts education in Anchorage. TBA Theatre is committed to providing a fun and safe environment where young artists learn creative expression alongside professional actors, designers and technicians. TBA ran a sold-out summer program in 2020 and 2021 without any spread of COVID-19. “It was a good example for other groups with how they handled the pandemic, they ensured everybody was distanced, tested people efficiently, and still maintained their positive, fun atmosphere. They showed the world that even though we are in a pandemic, we can still connect with others and create something fantastic.” - Drew Smith, Academy student
